Result

Estimates based on the Mifflin-St Jeor equation. Not medical advice, see your doctor before major diet changes.

How keto macros are calculated

We estimate your daily calories from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation and your activity level, fix your carbs at your chosen limit and protein at roughly 1.6 g per kg of body weight, then fill the rest of your calories with fat, the classic high-fat, low-carb keto split.

Common carb targets

  • 20 g, strict / standard keto.
  • 50 g, moderate keto, easier to sustain.
  • 100 g, low-carb (not full ketosis for most people).

Frequently asked questions

How do I calculate keto macros?

Estimate your daily calories (TDEE), cap carbs at your target (often 20–50 g), set protein to about 1.6 g per kg of body weight, and fill the remaining calories with fat. This calculator does it for you.
