Tips

  • Cover with foil for most of the bake, then uncover the last 10 minutes to brown the top.
  • If the filling has raw rice or meat, give it the longer time and check the meat reaches a safe temperature.
  • Pre-soften the peppers 5 minutes in boiling water if you like them very tender.
